CARLTON PALMER

palmer

Wearing what looks like a Southampton shirt stretched to fuck by fat-arse Neil Ruddock, here we see the pin-headed man known by commentators simply as Carltonpalmer. Ex-West Brom, Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds United utility man Carltonpalmer incredibly made 18 appearances for England in those giddy days of Graham Taylor – not bad for a man about whom his former Saints manager Dave Jones said, “He covers every blade of grass out there, but that’s only because his first touch is so crap”. Carltonpalmer was most recognisable for his awkward long legs which often made him more reminiscent of a giraffe on rollerskates.
