The Premier League winner odds for the 2023/24 season are out, which means it’s time to back the team you think will go all the way.
After last year’s triumph, Manchester City are once again installed as the favourites to be the Premier League outright winner. Arsenal have strengthened, though, and last year’s runners-up will be looking to go even closer than last season – and some punters might think they’re a snip at 9/2.
Dark horses include Man United (10/1), who have finally added a proper centre forward to their ranks in the form of Rasmus Hojlund.
Let’s take a closer look at the odds for the top contenders and see where the best value bets might lie.

Premier League Winners Predictions & Odds
Using the PL title odds as our guide, here’s a breakdown of the Premier League predictions
for the upcoming season.
Manchester City to win the Premier League (4/5)
Manchester City secured a historic treble last season when they won the 2022/23 Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup.
When they added Norwegian hitman Erling Haaland to their ranks at the start of the campaign, many thought City would walk the Premier League – but they weren’t counting on Arteta’s Arsenal to give them a massive scare for much of the year.
Haaland scored over 60 goals, though, which is an incredible return.
Looking ahead to the upcoming season, Manchester City face some challenges. They’ve lost midfield dynamo Ilkay Gundogan and wing wizard Riyad Mahrez – and they haven’t replaced either. Signing Chelsea’s midfield workhorse, Matteo Kovacic, is fairly underwhelming.
That all said, the question is not so much whether Pep Guardiola’s side will win enough matches to secure the league – it’s whether their rivals are good enough to pick up more points… and whether anyone can outscore Haaland.
4/5 is as good as it’s gonna get for backing the favourites to win, but we’d swerve betting on City in a single and instead add them to a double or a treble bet.
>> Bet on Man City to win the league at LuckLand
Arsenal to win the Premier League (9/2)
Arsenal surprised everyone last season when they emerged as Man City’s biggest rivals. Boss Mikael Arteta made some astute signings, nabbing Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko from City. Both players went on to have successful seasons at the Emirates.
Arsenal made a rip-roaring start to their 2022/23 campaign and were still top of the Premier League table by Christmas. People still doubted they could last the course, but, despite a fall-off in pace eventually, Arsenal will be raring to go again in 2023/24.
This time around, Arteta has spent big, bringing in much-coveted midfielder Declan Rice for more than £100 million and German striker Kai Havertz.
With more strength in depth, Arsenal will certainly be hunting down Man City once again. Arteta will also have led the inquest into why their form dropped off towards the end of the season when one or two bad results killed their confidence in early spring.
If Arteta can address a few mental issues within his squad and give them the confidence and belief they need to win titles, we strongly believe that Arsenal could have an even better season than last year. 9/2 is incredible value for the second favourites.
And if you’re not sure, you can bet on them at around 2/1 to finish in the top two instead.

Liverpool to win the Premier League (8/1)
It’s been a long time since Jurgen Klopp’s side have been ranked as big outsiders for the Premier League title – will they be back in business after a shaky 2022/23 campaign? Can you take advantage of their big price?
Pre-season doesn’t necessarily tell us much. If it does tell us anything this time around, it tells us that Liverpool are scoring for fun. Darwin Nunez has finally got his shooting boots on – but the same old problems at the back continue to haunt them.
Klopp will also be reeling at losing Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to the Saudi League on the eve of the start of the ELP season. Naturally, Klopp had already added Brighton’s Mac Allister to his midfield options before Henderson departed. But is he enough?
Liverpool are outsiders, but 8/1 are brilliant Premier League title odds for a team that has pushed City so far already in the last few Premier League seasons. Another option is to hedge your bets and back them to finish in the top 4 at just under 2/1.
>> Bet on Liverpool to win the English Premier League title at Mr Play Sport
Chelsea to win the Premier League (12/1)
Chelsea had a shocking season last time out. They overspent, they changed managers too fast and the new owners didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
Will things be different in 2023/24?
Chelsea have steadied the ship somewhat by hiring Mauricio Pochettino, who already proved at Spurs that he’s willing to stick around for a few years and build teams that are capable of challenging. He’s a massive step up from Frank Lampard.
The issue he’s going to have is keeping his squad happy. Despite offloading a few players, Chelsea still have a bloated squad and it’s not clear how long it will take Mauricio Pochettino to figure out his best team. If they start badly, there’s no way they’ll be contenders once again.
Another issue is the fact that last year Chelsea didn’t have a guy upfront who could stick the ball in the net on a regular basis. Mauricio Pochettino hopes that new signing Nicolas Jackson is the answer but, like with a lot of things at Chelsea, time will tell. Everything is up in the air.
We’re therefore not surprised that Chelsea are priced at 12/1 PL winner odds at UK Premier League betting sites. Can they win the title? Probably not.

Manchester United to win the Premier League (10/1)
If you’re looking for a dark horse this Premier League season, look no further than Manchester United.
United haven’t won a Premier League title since Alex Ferguson departed ten years ago. It’s been a barren run, during which they’ve picked up the odd trophy. They’ve gone through managers, burned through cash and they still don’t have an outstanding centre forward. What gives?
What they do have is a manager in Erik Ten Hag who has instilled shape, structure and discipline into his side. He’s made some huge calls – selling Ronaldo and demoting Harry Maguire – and he’s also got Marcus Rashford back to his best.
We genuinely believe Manchester United are one or two signings away from being Premier League title contenders in 2023/24. The capture of Danish striker Rasmus Højlund gives hope. and, while there are questions over his goal record, he could be the number 9 they’ve been crying out for.
10/1 isn’t quite a bargain – but it’s definitely a price worth looking at if you’re hesitating about United’s chances this season to win a first league title for a decade. We reckon they’ll give Man City and Arsenal a real test.

More Premier League Outright Odds
We’ve so far taken a look at the latest Premier League winners odds, but betting on the Premier League is about more than just betting on who you think will lift the title.
All the best bookie let you try your luck on multiple other outright markets, including the next Premier League manager to be sacked, who’ll finish in the top 4 and who’ll win the Golden Boot.
Premier League Outright – Top 4
The bookies think the Premier League top 4 will be made up of Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool and these teams aren’t super attractively priced.
Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle, however, will surely be in with a shout, with Newcastle priced by LuckLand at 29/20 to finish in the top 4 and clinch Champions League football again.
Spurs, meanwhile, are available at 67/20 to sneak in come the end of the Premier League season, while last year’s surprising package Brighton are priced at 107/20.
>> Bet on who you think will finish in the Premier League top 4 at LuckLand
Premier League Outright – Top Goalscorer
Betting on the top goalscorer last season was a piece of cake if you’d gone with Erling Haaland, who scored an incredible 10 goals before August was even over.
This time around, Erling Haaland is the 7/10 favourite once more to score more goals than everyone else – and it’s hard for us to disagree that he’s not going to take home the Golden Boot again.
More Premier League top scorer odds have Harry Kane (7/1) as second favourite, but we’d be looking at Marcus Rashford at 18/1 as an outsider.
>> Bet on the top goalscorer at Grosvenor Casino
Premier League Outright – Not to Finish in the Top 4
If you think one of the top teams – such as Arsenal or Liverpool – is going to have a nightmare this season, you can bet on them not to finish in the top 4 at Mr Play Sport (and therefore miss out on Champions League football).
Liverpool are priced at 5/4 for this one, while Arsenal – who had an amazing season last year before collapsing in the spring – are available at 9/5. Was last year just a fluke?
Newcastle United are the interesting ones here. The Magpies finished in the top 4 last year but are 23/50 to drop out this time around.
>> Bet on teams not to finish in the Premier League top 4 at Mr Play Sport
Premier League Outright – Top 2
At All British Casino, you can swerve the top 4 market and bet on who you think will make it into the Premier League top 2 come the end of the season.
Man City are – naturally – a mega short price for this one, but Arsenal are available at almost 2/1 to join the Citizens in the top two.
If you think Man Utd will be City’s closest contenders, but you’re not sure if they’ll win the title, you can bet on them to finish in the top 2 at just over 2/1.
Liverpool, meanwhile, are 2/1 to finish in the top 2 for the first time in three years.
>> Bet on the Premier League top 2 at All British Casino
Premier League Outright – Teams to Get Relegated
As well as betting on the PL winners, you can also bet on the Premier League relegation odds.
Newcomers Luton Town are the odds-on favourites to finish in the drop zone come May, while Bournemouth are 1.7/1 to return to the Championship after two seasons in the top flight.
Wolves, who recently lost Ruben Neves, are probably the team to watch and you can bet on them to get relegated at 2.65/1. Other potential teams to consider include Crystal Palace, West Ham and Nottingham Forest.

Best Tips for Betting on the Premier League
Ready to have a flutter on the Premier League? Here are a few top tips to give your bets the edge.
- Join Multiple Betting Sites
A general rule of thumb is that you should join different established betting sites like LuckLand and Grosvenor Casino because you can then compare and contrast their odds anytime you want to bet on the Premier League.
This way, you’ll always be sure that you’re placing your bets at the best price possible on any given day.
- Claim the Deposit Bonuses
All betting sites get you started with a deposit bonus – such as LuckLand’s “bet £15 get £10.” These are well worth claiming because they give you bonus funds to play around with.
Just make sure to read the T&Cs before opting in to any offer.
- Add Your Premier League Outright Bets to Acca’s
While you could place a single bet on a team to win the top-flight title, it’s not always the smartest play if you’re backing someone at short odds, such as Pep Guardiola’s Man City (4/5). Instead, a better option might be to add Man City (or whoever you choose) to a double, a treble or an acca, along with other picks.
For example, you could bet on City to win the EPL title, Inter Milan to win the Italian Serie A and Real Madrid to win the Champions League. This treble will come with longer odds, thereby maximising your potential profits.
- Take Advantage of Acca Boosts
If you’re planning to bet throughout the 2023/24 season, make sure to look for acca boosts, such as the Play Boost promo at Mr Play Sport. Acca boosts are the best way to boost your potential profits if you’re the type of bettor who enjoys placing acca’s at the weekend.
